EasyPrint is an automation utility that can receive your transcribed documents from SpectraMedi's Medical Transcription Service and automatically classify/sort them and print them. This is setup to mimic Microsoft Outlook. If you can use Outlook, EasyPrint is a breeze.

EasyPrint can be installed, configured, and ready to use in minutes on a Windows® PC with Internet access and Microsoft™ Word®. You can configure EasyPrint to retrieve and optionally print transcriptions from SpectraMedi at frequent intervals or at a predefined time. You also have the option to retrieve and print transcriptions on demand, when and where you need them. Multiple copies of the same transcription can be transferred and printed at one or multiple locations. This is setup to mimic Microsoft Outlook. If you can use Outlook, EasyPrint is a breeze.

Retrieved transcriptions can be organized into one or many folders based on your existing file management practices.

This doesn' t require any computer command and is done automatically, thereby relieving the practitioner of tediously checking for transcriptions time and again. EasyPrint can also be set to check for completed files at specific intervals.
  Text Search	Using this feature you will be able to locate transcriptions quickly and efficiently. You can give the word to be searched at "Search for files containing text” provider wise or all the transcriptions available in EasyPrint.
  Import	Transcriptions can be downloaded via e-mail or HTTPS methods. However, files may also be retrieved by other means. This is achieved using the Import function in EasyPrint Using this function lets you to import the needed files into EasyPrint from multiple source.
  Plug-in	EasyPrint also supports various plug-ins thereby adding new features to enhance the EasyPrint application. The common plug-ins used by our clients include one that moves the transcriptions from EasyPrint installation folder to another location at client side from where client can import the transcriptions to their EMR/EHR, to filter the transcriptions containing blank lines into a separate folder, to convert the transcriptions in document format to text format.
